Hello Doctor I Took The Plan B March 5th I

Hello doctor I took the plan b March 5th I got a regular bleeding for 5 days march 12th (about a week later than my expected menstrual date). In the month of April I did not get any period did 2 urine test and may 6th I did a blood test all negative. Howcome I am not in my period yet ?
