Hello Doctor, I Was Diagnosed With Gall Bladder Polyp In
Hello doctor,
I was diagnosed with gall bladder polyp in 2012 and since the size of the polyp was small I was not recommended to do surgery but was kept under monitor... over the past 6 months the polyp has increased significantly from 2cm to 3.2cm and the doctor has now advised to get it removed. All I want to know is what r the chances of it turning tumors?
Doctors want to get another MRI done to check if the polyp has infiltrated the liver and if so we might need to do a segment 4 surgery... can a polyp infiltrate or extend outside gall bladder ?
