Hello Doctor.. I Woke Up Early In The Morning And

Hello doctor..
I woke up early in the morning and I was sitting a while replying messages..
Suddenly I heard a hissing sound, and I thought its from outside. Then ,I heard it again for second time. If I were to describe it,sounds just like a leaked gas vapours hose,closes and opens continuously. And it is from my stomach.
