Hello Doctor, I'm 24F And I Missed My Last Months

Hello doctor, I'm 24F and I missed my last months periods. I did take 4 home pregnancy test with all came out to be negative. Just few days ago, I took a Ipill and today i have got my periods. I am now confuse, whether I'm pregnant or not, and if I'm not what caused my period to miss?
