Hello Doctor. It Seems That I Have Eczema On My

Hello doctor. It seems that I have eczema on my face, came up like redness on my forehead, pimples, dry skin and itchiness. Since yesterday evening I've been using Betnovate on my face and the skin on my face started feeling so much better and glowing as well but I understand that this cream has steroids and shouldn't be used on face? Can I still continue using it?
