Hello Doctor. I've Been Struggling With Swelling In My Forehead

Hello doctor. I've been struggling with swelling in my forehead and eyes for two years now. Only prednisone helps. It is usually not painful or red but if I don't treat it it can be a little. I had bells palsy 6 years ago and my face stayed asimetrical. I was tested for food alergies, I have none. The swelling always starts above the eyebrow from the palsy side and it spreads to the eye and to right a little. I live in a country where it's difficult to find answers. So any opinion is valuable
