Hello Doctor Many Years Back My Father Was Identified Of

Hello doctor
Many years back my father was identified of having suffering from hodgkins lymphoma. As he was continuing with the medicines for that but he had to discontinue in the middle due to its severe pain and side effects.Due to those powerful doses his hairs turned grey and he became weak and was vomiting every now and then.As he was unable to bear the intense pain caused by those medicines we couldn't convince him complete those doses . Thereafter the doctor had said that as he hadn't complete the whole dose of medicines for hodgkins lymphoma the disease may jump back after some years. Now recently he is suffering from a swollen node on the neck and is having severe cough. It didn't stop inspite of taking antibiotics . When he made a syringe test it was identified as gland TB.So he has started taking the anti tuberculosis medicines which he has to continue for six months.
Doctor is he having any further danger of hodgkins lymphoma? If yes then what shall we do to make him completely free from that disease? And what care should we take of him for these six months? Do we need to do some more tests to confirm whether it is gland TB or hodgkins lymphoma?
Please kindly let me know
