Hello Doctor My 2.7 Mnts Daughter Has Been Showing Fver

My 2.7 mnts daughter has been showing fver getting upto 103 in the cycle of 10 days with no cold n cough or stomach problem since mid june .blood tests urine test all r coming normal and now this is the third time and streptoccical pneumonia is found in her throat swab.doctor has put her on pentids.
Just yesterday she developed cold n cough.and we came to know that she has worms as well pinworms for which doctor gave her one shot albendazole.
Please suggest is the treatment line well n safe.
