My 3 1/2 month baby is having diarrhoea. EVERY TIME HE take breast milk he passes stool that is sometime greenish n frothy. He is exclusively breastfed. I showed him to pedriation here and first he gave me a 3 day course of cefexime and procillus mini bottle. After giving this my baby frequency of passing stool decreases but dnt stop after 3 days I again went to doc now he gave me wallamycin n reFlora plus sachets ....m little woĊried now..wana know is it safe to give this medicine to such a young baby
