Hello Doctor, My 4 Monhbold Son Had A Fever This

Hello doctor,
My 4 monhbold son had a fever this morning and I immediately gather urien samole and send it to lab to my surprise its packed field in pus cells. we went to a doctor for check up and given us cefixime anti biotics...my questions is,is it okay it my son is not admitted to the hospital yet and was given antio biotics for one week observation?im a little worried sinc emy baby is still 4 months with a high pus cells result.
