Hello Doctor, My Baby Is In Her 6th Month And

Hello doctor,
My baby is in her 6th month and got cold and cough.Doctor gave Alex 10drops,Asthaline 1.5ml ,Taxim-o 2.5ml and Nutraline 3.5ml,totally 4 syrups 3 times 3 days. We gave for 2 days but cold is not reduced instead its increased.please advice whether we should continue or change the doctor?
