Hello Doctor, My Girlfriend Is 24 Yrs Old Same As

Hello doctor,
My girlfriend is 24 yrs old same as me. For last one year we are having sex. After sex she usually takes Ipill. But its never more than twice in a month. and we noticed that she is gaining weight and also mood swing.. Now we realised our mistake and she stopped taking iPill and we are using condoms. But the problem is about her weight gain and mood swing.. How to reduce that?? Please suggest...
