Hello Doctor. My Height Is 5 Feet 2 Inches And

Hello doctor. My height is 5 feet 2 inches and weight is 56 kg Iam 28 now and got married 3 years ago. Planning for pregnancy and have been trying sine 6 months. My doctor suggested me to get a follicular study done and should get ultrasound scans done on 9the day 11th day and 13 day. 9th day scan report says no dominant follicle found. My question is cant I get pregnancy this month too? When can the follicles be seen actually after period ends? Please help me. Thank you.
