Hello doctor. My name is Sunil from Sagar. I am experiencing Spin disk injury from past 1 year. I have been treated with various medicines however I have not found any relief yet. Recently I underwent ayurvedic medical treatment but it has not showed any improvement. As per MRI it's a L5 injury at middle spin. Please advice How should I proceed further.
