Hello Doctor. My Son { 3 Years Old } Is

Hello doctor. My son { 3 years old } is down with fever from last 4 to 5 days . He is complaining of stomach pain . As per the doctor it is stomach infection and redness in his throat and lots of gas is passing . Entrogermina , relent , crocin and ambrolite has been prescribed by the doctor still the problem is not fixed he is getting fever on a daily basis .please help.
