Hello doctor,
My son who is 2.5 years old is having high fever 101.6 since last 2 days along with coughing and it seems he is having chest congestion. I was giving him crocin syrup but fever was not coming down then yesterday I gave him meftal, fever came down drastically. Kindly pls let me know what problem my son is having and what medicines should be given.
