Hello Doctor.... My Son Who Is 4 Yrs Old Used

Hello doctor.... My son who is 4 yrs old used to catch cold followed by cough at least once in 45 days... Doctor prescribed montairlc syrup but again he was catching cold.... Then he was diagnosed with mild adenoid .... Prescribed him metaspray for 3 month... I gave him 45 days continuously .... No cold at all... I came to know it's steroid ...whether it causes any issues if I give for 3 month....
