Hello Doctor, Yesterday I Got The Delivery Of Muscle Blaze

Hello doctor,
Yesterday I got the delivery of Muscle blaze fat burner just to reduce my belly fat & I started consuming from today morning & after 1 hour of taking capsule in empty stomach I started feeling nausea,drowsiness,dizziness,shivering type etc etc..but before having fat burner capsule I had consumed Apple cider vinegar.
So mam what should i do in this case??
