Hello doctor,
Yesterday, an ultrasound confirmed a 5 week+4 day single intrauterine conception. For MTP, my gynecologist has asked me to take Mifepristone first and then after 48 hours of Mifepristone, to take 4 tablets of Cytolog orally. She has asked me to take all the 4 tablets together at once. However, I have been hearing and reading from many sources that Cytolog has to be taken vaginally and not orally and also not all 4 at once but with a gap in between. Though I trust my gynecologist, I am just curious to know if my doc's advice is the best way to go ahead for a successful MTP. Thanks in advance for your help!
