Hello Doctor, Am Bernard 28 Yrs Old About 4 Months

Hello doctor, am Bernard 28 yrs old About 4 months ago I began to develop an area along the line of my lower lip on the right side that was turning reddish. Over the past month this area has spread to cover all of my lower and upper lips. This does not itch but the lips are more sensitive and the peeling has become quite extensive and unsightly. This makes me feel disguised to an extend of making me remain indoors always. I have tried oral gel cream and moisturizers with no improvement. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or ideas you might be able to offer. Thank you.
