Hello Doctor, Am Married, My Periods Date Is 18th Of

Hello doctor, am married, my periods date is 18th of this month, but till date I did not get my periods. Is there any medicine that I can take to get my periods immediately. This is bcos I need to go to a temple next week. Will taking medicine have any side effects? I checked pregnancy test it was -ve
