Hello Doctor, Am Not In A Condition To Go To

Hello doctor, am not in a condition to go to hospitals here as I am new to this place and not registered,london. I hav severe fever and painfull throat when swallow. I used sinarest and fever went down but and throat pain is still same and because of that fever didn't go fully. Its been 2 days am using sinarest. Shall I continue with that or dolo 650 will work? How many times a day?
