Hello Doctor, For Years I've Been Getting A Feeling Of

Hello doctor, for years I've been getting a feeling of being druged mostly in the morning and feeling as though I was somewhat lightheaded when standing in line at stores. I have always dealt with these feelings because it was not a big deal. But in mid November I started to get this feeling every day And they would not subside. Only the severity. My primary doctor did quick urine test, blood work and cat scan of the head. And all came back normal. In the mean time he found slightly high blood pressure and raised heart rate. prescribed me atenolol 12.5 milligrams a day. He referred me to a neuralagist. While waiting for the appointment I got panicky some days so he prescribed ativan. The ativan does seem to help for about 4 hours but then the symptoms just come back. I only took half of the ativan about 6 times in the last 3 months because that drug scares me a bit. The neuralagist had me go for another blood work, ekg and mri on my head and all came back normal. He prescribed antivert. Antivert did nothing for me! I just had a follow up with the neuralagist and now he is having me do a 24 hour urine test and he prescribed me nortriptyline 10 mg. So the last two nights I've beend taking the atenolol with the nortriptyline and waking up really dizzy and felt druged all day. Please help! Is there any thing else that can be done?
