Hello Doctor I Am 24 Yr Old Male , About

Hello doctor i am 24 yr old Male , about 1 week back i had Unprotected Oral Sex (both fellatio and cunnilingus) , kissing and followed by PROTECTED Vaginal Sex with a girl whose hiv status is unkown to me .

Does this act put me into risk of hiv virus Infection ?? (Nither i nor the girl had any sores or cuts in the mouth or in the genetial parts) . I even asked her status she told she was clean.
DO i need any test to be done ?? I am really really freaked out
