Hello Doctor I Am 39 Years Old And 5.7 And

Hello doctor i am 39 years old and 5.7 and weight 72 kg. For the past three months i have irregular periods and went for a scan and fought that having thickened endometrium of 12 mm and had D& as per doctors advice and on biopsy found that having disordered proliferative endometrium. Is that life threatening and what is the treatment for that. What are the precautions i have to take. Kindly advice.
