Hello Doctor, I Am 6th Month Pregpregnant & I Ate

Hello doctor, i am 6th month pregpregnant & I ate stale food especially rice. After that I came to know that stale food is not good during pregnancy. So now what should I do? Please tell me that there is nothing to worry about my baby? It's not dangerous to my baby na?
I want my baby mentally & physically strong & perfect. It's my 1st pregnancy.
