Hello Doctor, I Am Hadis, 34 Years Old. I Have

Hello doctor, i am Hadis, 34 years old. I have abortion history due to null pregnancy in June 2015. After 6 month lasted we try again for pregnancy but it was unsuccessful. After screening Sonography I found i have large dermoid cyst (15*10 cm). So in first of Feb 2016 i have laprascopic surgery and cyst removed. I must noted this that all of my periods always are normal and on time 28 days cycle.
Now I have two question, one: Dose dermoid cyst cause of my last abortion.and my second answer: When I try again for pregnancy?
