Hello Doctor, I Am A 23 Years Old Female. 2-3

Hello doctor, i am a 23 years old female. 2-3 months ago i had unprotected sex, for which i took i-pills on two consecutive days . One on each day. I know i did wrong but at that time i was too scared of getting pregnant as it was my 14th day of the cycle. I used to have regular 28 day cycle with 4-5 days of menses before that, but after 7or 9 days of taking those pills i had little spottings and then my next period was delayed by 16 days with only 3 days of bleeding.
I assumed it to be the effect of those pills and so i waited for the next cycle . It occurred on the 32nd day with only 2 days of bleedings and then on 26 th day with 2 days of bleeding.

I am also rapidly gaining weight in the abdomen .

Why only 2 days of period ?
Please help me . I am too confused.
