Hello Doctor I Fight With Some Gay Who Was Stronger

Hello doctor i fight with some gay who was stronger then me. He caught me like a wrestler my neck was under his arms and he caught me from middle of my chest but when he try to pick me up he can not do this. We both fell down .but my back sight there was a concrete wall and from my hips touch the wall and from my chest back sight his weight force pressed me forcely. NOW i can not run or jump. Only i can walk .. also when i get up from the bed i have pain in my back side ribs.
Pleaee suggest me what i will have to do.
