Hello Doctor, I Got Slap On Botb Ears And Doctor

Hello doctor, i got slap on botb ears and doctor say it create little holes in the eardrum although i can when someone talk but it blocks sometimes and i feel heavy in the heard, when there is a loud music or noice, i feel heavy baze both ears and in the heard so what do i do?
