Hello Doctor ..i Had Unprotected Sex On 23rd Of March

Hello doctor ..i had unprotected sex on 23rd of march and ate unwanted 72 the same night but from yesterday that is 2nd of april i m getting irregular reddish brown( mucous type) vaginal discharge. Is it due to hormonal imbalance or is it something else because i had fever form last two days n have taken paracetamol tablets to relax fever.
