Hello Doctor I Had Zen Retard 200 Tablet For 2

Hello doctor i had zen retard 200 tablet for 2 years and reduced the dosage to 100 mg for another 1 year and stopped that course as prescribed by doctor .6 months after the discontinuation of the course i faced the issue again ,i lose control over my right leg and right hand some times especially when i sit some where for somr time and get up.
What i need to know is ,the one and only bad habit of me is masturbation on every night ,i dont drink dont smoke or not having any other bad habit ,is my bad habit caused the issue?
