Hello Doctor Iam 28 Years Old. I Missed My Periods

Hello doctor iam 28 years old. I missed my periods and took upt test,got a positive result.then I took mifegest kit and had bleeding for 7 days.but now 1 month got over after the bleeding and still the upt test is positive, I did not have sexual contact after the bleeding. Why the test came positive
