Hello Doctor, I've Been Using A Medicine Against Acne Called

Hello doctor, i've been using a medicine against acne called Deriva-C gel, i've used it before and have had really good results with it. However, now that im using it again, my face has turned really dry and i dont know if it's normal and its just a side effect of the medicine.
