Hello Doctor Last Two Months Back I Saw White Spots

Hello doctor last two months back i saw white spots on my upper lip.I didnt had any problem or pain and recently noticed even on my lower lip exactly in the middle i can see white spot .I am Worried i dont smoke and i donn drink .Have been using lip balms and tryin to wash my lips regularly but still they are not coming back to their original color.Can u help me out with this
