Hello Doctor, Last Week Tuesday 15/09/2015 I Was 5weeks And

Hello doctor, last week tuesday 15/09/2015 i was 5weeks and 6days pregnant and i noticed that i av been bleeding and cramping at the same time. So i took primolut delot injection on thursday 17/09/2015 and i found out that i stopped bleeding today. I just want to know if its advisable to take another shot tomorow since i av stopped bleeding?
