Hello Doctor, My 3.6 Years Old Daughter Has Been Suffering

Hello doctor, my 3.6 years old daughter has been suffering from constipation since almost a year now. I have been giving her Laxopeg sachet. Even applying shield ointment. And of course giving her fibrous foods like bran, fruits, broccoli, etc. But the fear to pass stool is not going away. She sometimes gets fine & then there are days when she is very uncomfortable & misses pooping for almost 3-4 days at a stretch. For how long can I use these medicines? And how do I go about taking the fear out of passing the stool or in that matter just sitting on the potty seat without fear? Pleas help!
