Hello Doctor, My Age Is 28 And My My Lmp

Hello doctor, my age is 28 and my my Lmp 23 Feb 2016, I did pregnancy test on 30 march , it was positive with light pink line. On 5 April I started release brownish liquid with clotting and light blood. This continued till 8th April. Doctor said that I am not pregnant any more.. My question is when will I try to conceive and what precaution should I take? Will I face problems at conceive again?
