Hello Doctor My Baby Girl Is Eight Months Old Formula

Hello doctor my baby girl is eight months old formula fed totally often gets bad cold n cough with fever . Here doctor only says panadol and nasal drops but that doesn't help much . This disturbs her sleep and eating disorders . Help please and Alps please guide as how should I increase her immunity. Thanks
