Hello Doctor, My Blood Pressure Is Around 160-169 Over 86.

Hello doctor, my blood pressure is around 160-169 over 86. I went to the drs yesterday but she didn't seem too concerned. She said because of my healthy living just cut down the alcohol... I exercise every day and eat healthy ...albeit 3-4 glasses of wine a few times a week...yes I am definitely cutting that down. I also suffer with reflux and am on Omeprazole - which I found out causes high blood pressure and heart disease...goodness!!! I am ceasing the Omeprazole immediately but am still very concerned about my blood pressure...should I present myself to ER.
