Hello Doctor My Daughter Is 10 Years Old And She

Hello doctor my daughter is 10 years old and she is repeatedly getting UTI from past 2 to 4 months she has taken 4 times antibiotics and also injections but still its recurring. Earlier it was 60 to 80 pus cells and after the antibiotics it is reduced to 2 to 4. After 2 weeks it's again 15 to 20 pus cells. Can hai give her citralka syrup and if yes what is the dosage. Her weight is 37 kgs. She is wetting her bed from past 3 to 4 months continuously which was not there earlier. Please advise thank you.
