Hello Doctor My Daughter Is 9 Years Old.she Got Spherical

Hello doctor my daughter is 9 years old.she got spherical power -3.00 and -0.50 cylindrical power in both eyes.last year she had sph -2.25 and -0.25 cylindrical in both eyes.it is increased now.she reads books alot.is it possible to reduce the power with any exercises.
