Hello doctor my father is undergoing dialysis thrice a week.. He is getting slighlty feverish feeling and very tired . can we give him dolo 650 tablets right now ? Also he has taken the mrng tablets fr today.. Whether it will be over dosage if we give him dolo 650. It doesn't affect the kidney if we take dolo 650 fr fever ?
