my mother is 50yrs old and a diabetic. She had undergone an angioplasty in 2013. She is still taking medicines for heart. Her haemoglobin levels are very low. For which she is given iron injections. Due to continuous medications, her kidneys have been affected. Now she also has problems related to her uterus. What can be done to increase her haemoglobin levels without taking any kind of medicines??
