Hello Doctor My Mother Just Had A Surgery For Gallbladder

Hello doctor my mother just had a surgery for Gallbladder and Hernis. She is having gastric and acid problems. She is having back pain under shoulders and chest pain from some last days. She has hypothyroid too and suffers from severe headache. What is the cause of these problems. What are your recommendations?
