Hello Doctor My Mother Undergone Uterus Removal Surgery A Week

Hello doctor my mother undergone uterus removal surgery a week before due to complex fibroid growth outside uterus mouth since then she is getting fever daily some times in day time sometimes in night time fever around 99 to 102 degree I informed surgeon about it but he prescribed only pracitamaul tablet . I would like to now is dis normal after Surgery or I need to consult doctor for it. Pls provide suggestions
