Hello Doctor , My Son Is Almost 2 Years Old

Hello doctor , my son is almost 2 years old and we are co-sleeping . Sometimes he kicks me in my stomach real hard . Can this be dangerous ? I am so worried that he might hurt me in any possible way or to couse a bleading ! What are the symptoms i should look for and what is the right thing to do in case there is something wrong?
