Hello Doctor, Thus Mubeena From Coimbatore. My Mother Is Suffering

Hello doctor, thus Mubeena from Coimbatore. My mother is suffering from lung carcinoma since last December. She has undergone 10 chemotherapy till this September. First four cycles given chemo with cytogem and kemocarb after PET-CT report then six cycles proceeded with pemgem ,kemocarb and pegex injection. Now in November we have taken new PET-CT SCAN. Please suggest me the option . here I have attached the both reports.
