Hello Doctor....I Had Sex With My Boyfriend On 26 July

Hello doctor....I had sex with my boyfriend on 26 July 2016. After having sex I had taken unwanted 72 pill within two hours. On 2nd August I had bleeding and it continued up to two to three days and then bleeding stopped. In next month on 3rd Sept 2016, my periods came and remain normal upto 5 to 6 days. But in next month of October my period didn’t come and I am still waiting for my period. I had my prolectin test and its level is 54.8. What might be the reason for my delay periods. Is this due to unwanted 72 pills. Is there any relation between prolectin higher level and unwanted 72 pills. Please give me the answer
