Hello Doctor.my Baby Is 2 Month Old,she Is Not Taking

Hello doctor.my baby is 2 month old,she is not taking breast milk.which milk powder is best plz tel me ,from starting i was giving dexolac but whenever i give powder milk she is not able to pass stools n cries alot and i feel her stomach also become very rigid after giving powder milk .plz suggest what to do
